Where does the data come from?
Direct from India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs — MDSMaster for company master data, IDDatabank for director PII. Each fetch is timestamped; refresh runs nightly.
How fresh is the data?
Master records refresh nightly. Individual director / company profiles refresh on demand when a Pro / Team user views them or when a watchlist alert fires. Each field shows its source timestamp.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Team cancel any time — your access stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do you offer refunds on report buys?
₹500 individual reports are non-refundable because the unlock is instant. Read the free preview before paying. Pro and Team plans cancel any time without penalty.
Is the API rate-limited? What's the SLA?
Yes — 100 RPS default per key, with 99.9% uptime SLA and a p95 latency target under 250ms on the Enterprise contract. Free tier is capped at 100 calls/day; Starter is ₹2/call, Growth ₹0.80/call, Volume custom. Generate keys at /dashboard/api-keys.
Is the platform compliant with DPDP?
Yes. tthya processes only public-registry data; any PII surfaced (director email/mobile from MCA) is already published by MCA. Aadhaar, passport, DL, and voter-ID are never surfaced — regulated under the Aadhaar Act 2016. Full DPDP notice on /privacy.
